How to Crop Flipkart Shipping Label & Invoice Cropper for 4x6 Thermal Printers
To crop a Flipkart Shipping Label & Invoice Cropper down to standard 4x6 format: Drag your raw seller PDF into DocketCrop, select the calibrated Flipkart Cropper profile, and export a print-ready vector document instantly. DocketCrop removes excess A4 (Combined Label + Tax Invoice) margins and isolates the courier shipping barcode to native 288x432 pt resolution without sending any data to an external server.
- Upload: Drop your raw marketplace shipping PDF into the browser workspace above.
- Auto-Detect: The engine isolates the shipping label boundary (288x432 pt) and strips away tax invoices or customer slips.
- Print: Download and send directly to your thermal printer with scale set to 100% or Actual Size.
Step-by-Step Operator Instructions for Flipkart Cropper
E-commerce logistics portals commonly bundle multi-page documentation—combining tax invoices, customer returns declarations, and courier dispatch dockets—into unformatted sheets. Printing these directly on 4x6-inch roll paper wastes labels and produces blurry, unscannable barcodes. Follow these instructions for clean printing:
Ingest Marketplace PDF
Drop the batch dispatch PDF downloaded directly from your seller hub. Multi-page PDFs with up to 500 orders are processed in parallel in system memory.
Select Output Mode
Choose single 4x6 thermal roll format or 4-in-1 A4 sheet layout. Toggle automatic rotation so carrier barcodes align horizontally along the printhead path.
Vector Thermal Export
Export the cropped PDF and print directly from your browser or PDF viewer. Barcode elements remain true vector paths without pixel interpolation.
Supported Thermal Hardware & Driver Calibration
This preset is pre-configured and field-tested across standard commercial thermal roll printers:
Recommended Driver Configuration:
- Page Setup: Custom label size 4.00 x 6.00 in (101.6 x 152.4 mm).
- Print Speed: 4.0 in/sec (100 mm/sec) to ensure sharp thermal transfer.
- Print Darkness / Darkness Density: 8 to 11 (excessive darkness causes dot bleed, blurring barcode gaps).
- Graphics Dithering: Set to "None" or "Threshold" rather than Error Diffusion.
